"5 years and still going strong"!

Joe and I celebrated our five year anniversary yesterday. My how things have changed since March 27, 2004. When I started thinking about all that we have done over the last 5 years I realized that we have been very busy! We have moved twice, remodeled once, bought a condo in Colorado, traveled to 8 different countries, traveled all over the U.S., gained a nephew and two nieces, swam with sharks, and had a baby- and that's just a fraction of the stuff we have been up to!


I wonder what the next five years will bring!!! I can already tell with Lendon around the house we are going to laugh more and sleep less.


To celebrate, Joe's parents kept Lendon for an hour and a half while we enjoyed a fabulous meal at Highlands Bar and Grill. This was the first time we have gone out on a date since Lendon was born; actually it was the first day that I have not had my hair in a ponytail since Lendon was born. So, since I actually got dressed in something other that sweatpants and put on makeup we had to take a family picture. Needless to say this was a big day for the "new mommy"!
